NipponHomes
Nick McLoota

Our service-based company is YukiHomes, but the tool we've built is NipponHomes. NipponHomes is essentially "the Zillow of Japan" - we translate listings with AI, and plot them on a user-friendly map. We then utilize it as a lead magnet for YukiHomes, where we help clients find, purchase, and (sometimes) short term rent their property.

EvolveNP
Zak Roskos

We have created a monthly recurring donation protocol on Ethereum, powered by our autonomous treasuries. These treasuries accumulate with tokens from a tax on transactions and each month automatically execute a fundraising event, which donates 2% of its contents to the beneficiary and burns an equivalent 2%. With this architecture we reduce the cost to raise a dollar by 90–95%, require no ongoing labor to maintain and give all parties involved radical transparency into every dollar donated.

Human Operated
Tom Northrup

We are having the wrong conversation about AI. AI is not here to replace it is here to extend the workforce. The assembly line nearly killed us; we are not going to roll over for AI. We have a certification for businesses to identify as Human Operated. They implement AI with humans in mind and have real people making decisions. In the next year we will see a rise in agents for knowledge work that will steal SEO traffic from small businesses at a rate they cannot keep up. For corporations, the differentiator in a world where every company uses AI is; how your people use AI. Humans are the difference.
